10-19-2007 disgusted and disheartened, but ready to get my head back in the game. I stepped on the scales today for the first time in a while, only to learn that I have gained 45lbs back! I knew I was slacking, but never realized just how bad it was. On Thanksgiving morning of 2003, I weighed in at 199. A 110 lbs loss! I was thrilled. Now I've gained 45 of that back in 4 years. Time to get off my butt, and start reading my information again, and start relying on you guys once again for some support and encouragement. I said I would never return back to that same person, and I'm half way there! Not good!

I am 7mos. out, and lost 85lbs. A little disappointed would like to have been at 90lbs. at least. I'm worried I have missed my honeymoon window, and not going to loose anymore. But I'm not giving up. Still would like to loose 75 more lbs. I have so much more energy than I did. Even now, I feel like a new person. Can't imagine how I am going to feel in the next 9 mos.

~*~I SAID A PRAYER FOR YOU TODAY~*~ I said a prayer for you today And know God must have heard- I felt the answer in my heart Although He spoke no word I didn't ask for wealth or fame, I knew you wouldn't mind, I asked Him to send treasures Of a far more lasting kind, I asked that He'd be near you At the start of each new day, To grant you health and blessings And friends to share your way. I asked for happiness for you In all things great and small, But it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all.
