"I have noticed that some of their employees were rather rude when I was being prepped for my procedure. The anesthesiologist was almost laughing at my endocrinologist who had prescribed me medication to prevent diabetes.
Another was sighing and not really polite as she didn't talk to me at all and had a non comforting tone of voice when I was being wheeled into the room to have the procedure done.
The rest of the staff was amazing, and VERY supportive of all the work and weight I have done and lost."
