I have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. I don't remember a time when I could just eat anything and not worry or feel quilty. I am now a diabetic with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I am miserable. I can't fit into clothes off of the regular racks. It is getting harder and harder to maneuver, but mostly my energy level is at such a low that I feel as though it is affecting my relationship with my husband and children. I can't wait until I am on the losing side!! I am scheduled for a Roux-en-Y on 2/5/07 after a long 2 year battle with my insurance company. I work full time as an RN for a family practice physician, and hope to return to work 2 weeks post-op.
