Hi, It has been 6 month's now and I am still at 44-45 pounds lost, but I do feel more room in my clothes so I am not discouraged about loss so far.  I go for my fill (finally!!) on Aug. 15th I feel this will be the one that will make all the difference and feel more restrictive, it will be the 3rd fill.  I sometimes feel the restriction when I eat certain meats, but I still can eat anything well (haven't tried pork chops again though!!)  I am hoping this fill will make a big difference and the weight will start dropping steadily again.  But I feel good and have dropped in size some.  Tammy

Well, I haven't updated in awhile, it has been 5 months and I have lost 43 lbs. so far, I have had 2 fills, but I feel like it is still not restrictive the way it should be!  I can eat just about anything, bread, etc.  I have only had one incident that involved pork chops, a bad time with it being stuck!!  I hope to have another fill soon, that's all for now!

I'm doing great, went back to work today, a little wore out at first, but did well!  I had a bad week and a half post op, horrible rash from steristrips around all incisions, finally was relieved with steroids, nothing else helped, same thing happened with my C-section 10 yrs ago, except that was from the tape.  I have lost about 16-17 pounds and feel better already!!!  Thanks for all the well wishes I received along the way!  Tammy

I am doing well post op, I am still having some problems with gas, constipation, etc. but it's getting better.  I did the same thing with my C-section 10 yrs ago, took me a few days to get back to normal.  Other than that I am getting around great, not eating much, some broth and SF Jello, lots of water!!  I am just starting to drink protein shakes as well.  I do add unflavored protein powder to my broth to help with my protein.  I look forward to my journey and feel I am starting out pretty good so far!

I am so excited, I have my surgery date, it will become a reality soon, can't wait!!!

I am getting closer to getting my surgery date, I have completed pre op labs, I just need my UltraSound to be done, then I can schedule my surgery date.  Will post when I get my date!!
