Hi, Had my second dilation/Endoscopy today. All went well. The Dr. stretched it even more. He found a few staples hanging out inside the pouch so he took them out. He said that happens sometimes. So, I am finally on the road to recovery. I'm down 63 pounds which I find amazing. I'm 9 weeks post op. I feel great other then the nausea I was having. I stated solid food this week too which is nice. My condolances to the families of the members that have passed. I too went through the process of should I or shouldn't I. For me the decision was easy because I was having no quality of life because of the back and knee pain. Good luck to all pre-op and post ops. I pray that everyone searching surgery gets the guidance they need for their decision.
