Day 7 Post-op

I am feeling much brighter after a nightmare week. I was in a lot of pain after the op and could hardly move for several days but am now just feeling sore and ache a bit..
I am a bit disappointed in my weight loss so far and expected it to be more dramatic after a week on cups of tea and tomato soup (yes, calorie counts have been under 600 for at least 5 days of that week with 2 days on less than 100). Anyway, it must be my body going into starvation mode in a desperate attempt to hang onto all that hard earned flab it's lived with for the last 10 years!!
Weight today (10/7/07) - 20st 5lbs

Day 8 of pre-op diet

I am currently on Day 8 with 3 days to go till my op. I am 5ft 8" and weigh 21 stone (294lbs), and feeling very tearful and miserable at the moment.
