i really didn't think it would be this easy. considering how bad i want this...dr. hamad's assistant gina called me yesterday, and told me. i really didn't even believe her!! even the surgeon told me it was "going to be hard", considering i am exactly at 40.0 bmi, and don't have any major problems. i don't know, maybe they got my bloodwork back, and i have high cholesterol (which is VERY possible). the only 2 problems she had written down on my chart was joint pain (since my feet hurt all the time), and shortness of breath.

or maybe highmark keystone blue is just really, really awesome!! whatever it is, i will be forever grateful for this chance at a new life...

my surgery is scheduled for october 27th...i had to give a bit of notice at work, or it could have been a lot sooner.
