weight has started dropping

weighed in yesterday I have went from 357 pounds to 354 pounds. The Atkins Diet is kicking in. Right now it is really hard to exercise, but I try to walk. Doesn't sound like much but for me with really bad breathing problems its all I can do.

met with my surgeon today, Dr. Jack Rutledge. I will be having gastric sleave surgery at Erlanger bari center in about six weeks, first however, I must lose about 45 pounds and get two more weeks smoke free under my belt to be ready to go for it. fingers crossed now!
