I've always been a large person. I was the first of my mother's children who would eat as a baby, and I have spent most of my life obssesed wth food. Either what I wanted to snack on or what to cook for a meal, or trying to figure out what to eat on this or that diet. I look forward to having more of a life that what I put in my mouth. It dawned on me one day a few months ago that I had never been able to buy standard sized clothing, or what if felt like to have a "normal" sized body. I knew then I needed a change and help to make it.
