04-26-02- Well, I went for my pre-op appointment this morning and I can tell everyone that I was sooooo excited to see people in the meeting this morning that will be going through the same thing I'm getting ready to go through. It was so weird because everyone who was at the doctor office this morning I saw them @ the hosiptal. I think I'm the only on out of that group that will be having the surgery on 05/01/02, So I told them that I would come around and check on them to see how they are doing. I only have a couple more days left. Please keep me and my family in your prayers.

Doretha, I am wishing you a successful, complication-free surgery and a smooth, quick recovery. I had my Open RNY on 12/10/01 and have absolutely NO regrets other than not having done this several years sooner. It is, without a doubt, the best thing I could have done for myself. God bless you as you begin your healthy new life.
