4 mths out 3rd refill

Well I went to doctor yesterday for my 3rd fill (6 cc's). I'm now down 4lbs to 292, 2 more lbs and I will be finish with the 290's and I can start tackling the 280's. I lost a total of 21lbs since my surgery slowly but surely it's coming off I guess part of it is my fault because I haven't gotten the exercise thing down pack yet (I really need to work on that) my head is still up I haven't gained any weight back, I don't think I reached my sweet spot yet, and I'm starting to see my chin again (YAY). 

Alrighty then OH family I wish everyone much success with there weight loss and I will follow up next month........
