Hello Everyone
 

It's been long time, and I hope all is well with everyone. I will like to start off by saying I am still on my journey and with a

year out now I started at 313lbs and now I'm at 264lbs. I am a slow looser but what's been keeping me going is 

my weight has not been fluctuating either I loose a pound or I don't loose anything I haven't gained anything back. I went

from a size 22 to 18 and some 16's I am proud of my self and still sometimes wonder  why I can't loose my first year may

70 or 80lbs.???? Now that I'm a year out at almost 50 lbs lost I won't complain but for those who are slow loosers like

myself be encouraged no matter what's going on it's really starting to drop now a year later.

Well I went to doctor yesterday for my 3rd fill (6 cc's). I'm now down 4lbs to 292, 2 more lbs and I will be finish with the 290's and I can start tackling the 280's. I lost a total of 21lbs since my surgery slowly but surely it's coming off I guess part of it is my fault because I haven't gotten the exercise thing down pack yet (I really need to work on that) my head is still up I haven't gained any weight back, I don't think I reached my sweet spot yet, and I'm starting to see my chin again (YAY). 

Alrighty then OH family I wish everyone much success with there weight loss and I will follow up next month........

I went to get my second fill yesterday and cannot believe I lost only 3 freaking lbs within 4 weeks...   totaling a total of 18lbs all together I feel like I could of did that on my own!!! I need patience, patience, patience, but it's so hard I'm not a patient person. I wish my insurance would have paid for the sleeve and RNY was not an option. I have to encourage myself I can do this...otherwise I am about loose my mind. My doctor claims it may take the 3rd or 4th fill for my sweet spot hmmm ...just give me what I want  please. I'm at 5 cc's now yesterday he only gave me 1 cc I wanted 1.5 cc or 2 cc's.  But noooooooooo I have to come back for that and today I don't feel any restriction stil ugh.  Thanks for letting me vent!!!

Well I'm down a total 15lbs since the surgery date!!!!My doctor says that's great without a fill. The fill went fine no mishaps it took all about 5 minutes I got 4 cc's I haven't  put it to the test yet I'm on mushy food for today and tomorrow. When I lost them additional 5lbs it boost me back  up to stay on the right track I'm now under the 3's at 298lbs I can't wait to see under the 2 mark with my height being 5'8 185lbs looks good/l feel will be healthier on me. Oh well OH family till next time.

Well hello everyone. Today I go for my first fill and I'm so excited because I can definitely feel that the swelling is gone because I have nooooooo restriction. I will filll you guys in on that experience .....later.

Weil I went for my post op today and I'm down 10lbs yahoooo!It's just sad that it come back on probably just water weight but I'm still happy and feel like I'm officially on the loosers bench!

The surgery was on 3/4 I came home on 3/5. I am starting to wonder is my band on correctly.....this is why I haven't been able to do my liquid diet correctly because I have a full feeling that won't go away it just sits in my upper pit of my tummy. Is this normal? I will be calling my surgeon on Monday...it's like the liquid is not going anywhere...I'm so uncomfortable and pissed!!! any advice?

Well, well, I never thought this day will come so fast! I'm so excited and scared at the same time, I still have in the back of my mind. Lord please let me come back home to my children we so much to do....is it normal to get to the date and get all these bad ideas in your head????? This is suppose to be a good thing.
