8/26/08 Got my hernia fixed ( i think for good) in Feb 2008. I had a plastic surgeon sew my stomach muscle together and he removed some extra skin at that time - so now I'm happy cause I can wear regular shirts. I still would do this all over again.
10/23/09 My hernia is still under control and I have a job that I do alot of heavy lifting. Still very happy.
