Exercise Goal - Yipee!

I am all smiles this morning! For two weeks I have exercised every weekday morning! I have also been able to get in some regular activities that count as exercise on the weekend. I feel so much better. I have been sleeping better at night and waking up rested. I have been loving Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home DVDs, they are challenging but they are easy to follow. I try to do a different one everyday. I use the walk away weighted balls to gain some upper body strength.Besides me feeling so much better .... My clothes are fitting better!

Right now the only trouble I'm having is getting all my 64 ozs of liquids..... For awhile I had no trouble but the last few days have been a challenge. I vow today will be better.
Here is to another skinny day.
