"Dr. Gould was very pleasant and patient. He took a lot of time to explain things to me and my partner. I was impressed with his knowledge not only of the surgery, but with the insurance process as well. I am undecided about which type of surgery I want and he said what he would do for himself while emphasizes that might not be the best choice for me. I liked that personal interjection."
