"When I first entered Terry Simpson's office, I felt welcome and supported. The patients in the waiting room were very encouraging and the staff was unbelievably nice. Now that I am gearing up for my surgery in a few days, I have grown to really appreciate them. The doc is really laid back and makes you feel comfortable. He REALLY knows his stuff and helps calm you down. His staff knows all of the ins and outs of the insurance game and coached me through each step of the way. Dr. Simpson's aftercare program is second to none. He has podcasts available, he answers his own emails via Blackberry and is extremely concerned about the successes of his patients. He doesn't sugar-coat a thing, but he is in it to win it right beside you! I can't think of another surgeon in the world that I would rather have than Terry Simpson. :) He's my Band-Man! Now that I had my surgery, I can honestly say that he (and his staff and surgical team) are absolutely the best! I have no regrets and highly recommend his practice. "
