Went in for my six week post op checkup i have lost 85 lbs sense we started this on febuary 1st and surgury was on march 9th. My doctor was well pleased especially after the first 3 weeks of troble we had after surgury but things are doing well now he moved me up to soft diet and told me he would like to see me in six weeks and gave me a gole of 15lbs to loose i hope to do more than that i would like to see 30lbs by June 3rd i am now alowed to do exercises as tollerated.So i am having a good week i am going to start exercising on a bike and walking more each day i will post updates more often.
