Haven't blogged in a long time. I'm 4 years into my lapband. Lost a 130 lbs. Now weigh 190.
Want to get down to 150, but at this point, I don't think it's possible. Look much better and feel great. I do have alot of loose skin on my arms and legs. My tummy's not so bad. Just happy to maintain and not put any weight back on.

lost 10 lbs during the holidays, so was happy about that. But was feeling discomfort, just a little too tight. Doctor Patel took out about a half of my last fill. Feeling better. It will be 3 years on the 29th since I had my lapband surgery. have lost 135 lbs. amazing! Thanks Doctor Patel.

Went for a check up yesterday. Doctor Patel gave me
a slight fill.Now at 7c.c.s in my band. Weighted 201 at
weigh in. Never wanted to see 200 again. So this fill
should help me start losing again. Plus with the holidays
coming, I will not be tempted to cheat. Go back in
Jan. for a check up. Happy Holidays to all.

Went to the doctor's today. Still at 196. He gave me a fill.
Now at 6.2 in my band. Go back in Sept.

It will be 2 years on the 28th of Jan. since I had my lapband surgery. Started at 320 lbs., now weigh 194 lbs. That's a total of 126 lbs. I am so happy with my decision to have lapband. Never had any problems and feel great. I know things happen and this could change. I hope not, but not nieve. Hoping to loose another 40 lbs. Keep going for my fills and check ups.

My bandiversary is coming up. 1/29, It will be one year. I have lost 110 lbs. Feel great and look darn good too! Want to lose 50 lbs. more and sure I can do it. So here,s to another great year and thank you Doctor Patel.
