Haven't blogged in a long time. I'm 4 years into my lapband. Lost a 130 lbs. Now weigh 190.

Jan.25th slight unfill - lost 10 lbs during the holidays, so was happy about that. But was feeling discomfort, just a little too tight. Doctor Patel took out about a half of my last fill. Feeling better....

Fill 11/16/11 - Went for a check up yesterday. Doctor Patel gave me
a slight fill.Now at 7c.c.s in my band. Weighted 201 at
weigh in. Never wanted to see 200 again. So this fill
should help me...

Fill 9-6/7/11 - Went to the doctor's today. Still at 196. He gave me a fill.
Now at 6.2 in my band. Go back in Sept.
