Well here it is June 27, 2008 and I am still pre-op. Can you believe that. Dr. Fang's Office never returned any of my calls. I am so fed up with them that I have switched Doctors. I will have to self pay the Doctors Portion of the surgery as Dr. Schlesinger is not in my insurance network. But you know what it will be worth it. So now I'm excited again and have an appointment with Dr. S. on Monday. Hopefully he can get me down this month. Wouldn't that be great.............................
I guess my defining moment was seeing all of you on OH getting healthier and smaller and me still waiting. I am truly expecting to get this done and get this weight off. My Hip has been killing me. I am sick of the pain. Getting rid of the weight will allow me to either get the hip replaced or possibly a newer procedure called resurfacing. Resurfacing is not an option if you are overweight.
