"My first impressionis that Dr. Dyer was a very blunt, to the point, surgeon. That has continued to be my opinion. I really like that. Aftercare seems to be the main focus of his office. He went over all of the facts of each type of surgery and did not try to pressure me to choose a specific one. I would/hve recommended him to a friend. "
