This recipe is for CATHY SWICK.......Here's my version of a fruit crisp~~~~~~~~~~Diane's Berry Crisp~~~~~~~~~~ Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a medium sized baking dish with Pam and set aside. Gently combine 5 cups fresh berries with the following: 1/2 cup Splenda, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 2 Tablespoons corn starch. Pour into prepared pan. Combine the following with a pastry blender: 3/4 cup uncooked oatmeal OR 3/4 cup Atkins Bake Mix, 1 Tablespoon cinnamon, 1/4 cup Splenda and 1/2 stick cold butter. It should be crumbly like grains of rice. Bake until bubbly and golden brown on top-approximately 40 minutes. You can use any juicy berry, thinly sliced apples or peaches but BEWARE*** there are carbs in this fruit, oatmeal and Splenda*** Eat a little then go ahead and share it with your family and friends. It's addictive.....and this is enough for 8 nice servings. Enjoy! Diane N http://www.WeightlossSurgery.ws

In all things Remember, that the one above loves you, that He holds us all in his loving arms,He knows each of us by name.He said anything you ask for in "my name" will be given to you.So in His name I pray for you, that you be given strength, endurance, love, peace and most of all long life.In Jesus' name. When you wake up and see the faces of your loved ones in the recovery room, know that you have made it.Thank Him,Know that you have been blessed to see and to live out the rest of your days with the ones you love and the ones who love you.....Knowing that He loves you too. Happy soon to be ReBirthday.
