"Well I have not met my surgeon yet but I have talked with Leo on the phone. I returned all of the information they req. so the called on 6/15 and said since I was a smoker I have to wait until I have been smoke free for 3 months b4 they submit any thing. Leo on of the staff members is always very busy but also very friendly and helpful.It has never seemed as if I was a bother, even after the 100th call and Debra, who has had the surgery is great also. ** 30 june 01** went to the seminar today and the doc had a very generic presentation. But overall he was fine, his staff was actually more..umm, talkative, if that's a word,than he was. He will absoulutley not operate on a smoker. He is starting a support group sometimes next month. Overall as a surgeon he seems great. If you seem to take things as they are said, he may hurt your feelings. This Dr. is very blunt. 28 sept 01- Dr Horrilleno is a very pleasant man. Very down to earth. Straight forward. Draws pictures on the huge gown that they have for us to demonstrate. Hands are unbelievably SOFT!! Leo tells me to call back if I have any questions, anytime. She is eager to help."
