Virginia Mason Franciscan Health Center for Weight Management at St. Francis
"Several of the staff were very sweet and caring. It took a while to get help - though I know they are busy. When I took my walks around the nurses station they would hardly look at me let alone give a smile. That bothered me that they were too busy to notice the patients. Also made me wonder if it was my size or the type of surgery I had that made them ignore me. When we did talk, the nurses were very nice and helpful."
