MOVING ON DOWN! - Day #9 after surgery..lost 15lbs. I am now 195!! That's down from 230, from when I started pre-op, still have my stitches but will take them out maybe tomorrow. 55lbs more to go ...

New Beginnings - My actual start weight was 230 when I decided to start this cahpter.. I did a 4 week post op of 75% liquids 25% soft foods and a treat once a week. I just could not do the 2 weeks ...
