Just a quick update on Charlene - I've been anxiously waiting to hear how her surgery went - and since she posted the hospital phone number - I called! I spoke to her boyfriend, Bill, who says that the surgery took about 1 1/2 hours and went well. Her doctor said that everything looks good. She's currently in ICU and has a lot of back pain, due to her pre-existing back problems with herniated disks. Bill says that she is still intubated and hopes to be moved out of ICU and into a private room tomorrow. He also said that her doctor doesn't want her up yet, because she's still on the pain medication. I'm sure Gail will be by (or has been already!) with a much more thorough report. I know there have been many of us thinking and praying for Charlene. Please continue to - and stop by her surgery page and welcome one of the AMOS boards newest "incredible shrinking woman" to the "losing" side! God bless you Charlene! (((hugs)))

Charlene you will do fine tomorrow. think of all of your AMOS family and others who love and cherish you. You will be in all of our hearts tomorrow. Relax and breath, and tomorrow you will be on the loosing side. YEAH!!!!!

Hi AMOS family. Please stop by Charlene page and show her how much we do love her. She goes for surgery at 6:30am tomorrow morning. Please give her a lot of blessings. Her nerves are very high right now. She is here everyday giving us her blessings, now it's are turn to give her are blessings. This angel needs to take flight in the morning to watch over her. Hi Char - Just a note to let you know.... the drugs work, and you won't feel a thing. And you won'tt remember anything either. Just remember - positive mental picture nad positive attitude that everything will be perfect, as it should be. When you wake up - WOW! There you'll be, the losing, going to be thin soon, and healthier you! And this time, it's going to work. Tool? Yeah right! Magic Bullet? Right on!!! Do you believe in magic, in a young girl's tum?
