Carrie, Best of wishes to you on making this major decision to prolong your life and live happier. When I began giving up the caffine I bought really good decaf coffee. I only drink one cup each morning and I throughly enjoy it!! I did not have headaches as I gradually made the change. KimmieTN

Hey there Carrie and everyone!!! Carrie Davis only has 2 weeks left before surgery YEH FOR CARRIE!!!!! She is really excited and nervous,so please post to her surgery page and give her all the words of encouragement you can muster as I know she will be in my prayers and I know God will bring her safely through this. I will be here to post for her after surgery till she can get back on this site herself. Lots of Love!!!
