Hey! I've been MIA. But Im back now. well so far I am currently down 30lbs. This is so sweet! Man I didnt think that I would be able to tell a difference but I can see it even in my pictures. The lord has blessed me with not having to many complications and I am happy for that.
I have been having computer problems which have not allowed me to download my pics so hopefully I will be able to resolve this issue soon so that you all can see how your girl is progressing. Until the next time SMOOCHES!
Three weeks post op!

Im back! Well i have still been doing okay I started back to work this week and it has been okay. Its been kind of hard trying to fit in all my meals when im working as well as the protien but im trying. I got really sick one day I tried eating some pureed meat. That really sucked! lol. but I started working out every morning this week walking 2miles and then using the big exercise ball for about 30 to 60 minutes depending on how im feelin. This is something really new to me because I never workout but Im determined to drop this weight because I dont have anymore excuses and it would be pretty sad as well as embarassing to go through all this to come out looking the same as i went in. LOL. Oh by the way i have dropped another 2lbs. Woo Hoo! until next time....

HELLO ALL... THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT... WELL I AM CURRENTLY TWO WEEKS AND TWO DAYS OUT. I HAD MY FIRST POST OP APPT. ON THE 23RD I HAD LOST 16LBS!!! THAT WAS SO EXCITING TO ME. LOL. I HAVE BEEN DOING VERY WELL I HAD ONE BAD DAY IN THE HOSPITAL WITH THE GAS! LOL.. YOU GUYS WERE NOT KIDDIN ABOUT THAT. BUT I GOT UP AND WALKED IT OUT AND IVE BEEN GOOD SINCE. ON MONDAY I STARTED MY PUREED FOODS AND I THOUGHT OKAY IT SAYS I CAN HAVE A POACHED EGG. WOW THAT POACHED EGG ALMOST CAME BACK SO IM GOOD ON THE EGGS FOR NOW. I HAVENT STARTED WORKING OUT YET BUT IM LOOKIN AT A COUPLE GYMS AND PRICING THEM SO WISH ME LUCK. UNTIL NEXT TIME....
