Cindy, congratulations on your weight loss and for being able to keep it off. Yes weighing yourself daily is a bad thing but I know what you are going through. When I see the scale moving down I get so happy that I don't know what to do. So in your case it helps you to control what you eat and what you do and since it has made you successful I wouldn't change a thing. Best wishes to you.
