My name is Wendy. I am 31 orginally from Sioux Falls, SD , but currently living in Hinesville Georgia. I am married to a wonderful and supporting husband who is stationed here with the US Army at Ft Stewart. I have an amazing 11 year old daughter. I have always been one that was overweight my entire life, in school when I was younger, I was very athletic, but after that and having a child, pretty much the last 12 years the weight just keeps going up and up and up. Had major back surgery in 2005 and with being overweight that just makes the pain in my back even worse, especially dealing with the arthritus and im only 31!!! So finally I decided to do something about it, I checked into doing this before, but I was not ready then, NOW i am ready! I started this journey going into the doctor at 235 in January 09, my goal weight really is anything below 200 haha but hopefully will get to around 140, so about 95 lbs to go. I am very grateful i have a very loving and supporting family to help me with everything!!
