Hang in there Errick - I would make sure to ping on your employer with the good resource of information you find here at OH and get them to put that rider in there policy. Another suggestion: You may want to look at purchasing a separate insurance temporarily that does cover the surgery, especially when you know you are so ready for this. I wish you good luck and will keep you in my prayers.
