i have always been aware of weight. my mother was obese. i never saw the woman eat but she packed the pounds. how? unknown.
she always had me on baked or grilled foods. she also told me "never diet, it's bad for you" she believed in working out. i was always in dance class from the age of four till i joined the military. in the military it was the martial arts. mom knew. so all my life i worked out and kept most of the weight off. i was never thin and always had a fluffy layer over my muscles. i stop for a week i'd gain 2lbs. i knew i was doomed if i ever stoped.
i stopped or i had to stop. i have rheumatoid arthritis. it was seviere for several years. i gained weight. i have type II diabetes. i'm incontinent. i'm short of breath. i have sleep apnea. i'm miserable.
