"First impression of surgeon was good. He seemed knowledgeable and friendly. I believe he is probably one of the best WLS surgeons in the state. the adjustments have not gone well for me so far, but I'm sure this is not the case for all patients. I have quite a bit of fat tissue in my abdominal area, making it hard to find the port. I'm sure it will improve as I lose weight. rnThe office staff, particularly the nurse, is excellent. rnTo my knowledge, there are no support groups or other aftercare programs associated with this surgeon. But I do not live in the area (I live about 60 miles away)so there may be a support group or something that I am not aware of. And I paid for the surgery myself, so am not seeing a nutritionist, but it was offered. "
