HI AMBER, HAVE READ YOUR VERY INTERESTING SIGHT. i REALIZE FOR SOME PEOPLE FOOD IS THE REAL ENEMY. TRY TO REMEMBER, WE EAT TO LIVE NOW, NOT LIVE TO EAT! FOOD IS ONLY A SOURCE OF ENERGY NOT OUR COMFORTER. I AM VERY GLAD YOU HAVE LOST ALL THE WEIGHT YOU HAVE. BUT THE REST MAYBE SHOULD COME OF WITH GOOD OLD FASHION EXERCISE, WATER & PROTEIN.
