"When I first met Dr. Cunneen I was so nervous I didn't know what to say, I just wanted to get approved. I met with him one more time before my surgery date, and a week after surgery. He has always been friendly, taken the time to answer my questions/concerns. I didn't have any complications whatsoever. I'm scheduled for my first fill 9/13/06. While I was very pleased with him I wasn't very happy with his office staff. During the approval process his nurses weren't getting back to me, their favorite time to call was friday's at 4:35. Try calling back and his office closes at 4:30. The administrative side of the office was great, Cynthia & Rassa, were very helpful. I was also a bit disappointed that I didn't get a call from his office once I got home from the hospital. My dentist called me after root canal! I think a nurse or at least one of the interns should call the day after discharge. The most important part, the surgery, went without any problems. The hospital couldn't have been nicer, I felt like I had private nurses! I would highly recommend Dr. Cunneen, he knows what he's doing and has excellent bedside manner, and Cedars-Sinai Hospital."
