"Dr. Elias, when I first met him seemed to be a no nonsense type of guy. I met with him first in August 2006 and just had my surgery Jan. 10, 2007. Still the no nonsense type of MD. Do what I say and your will be fine medically and great physically. He also cracked a couple of jokes in the hospital. I felt like ONLY LISTEN TO ME, DON'T LISTEN TO ANYONE ELSE AND YOU'LL DO FINE!"

"I encountered may different staff types at this hospital, some that were outstanding and some that were just standing around. It took atleast 20 min to get my pain meds that were ordered for me the night of my surgery...that didn't start things off well. There were several other occasions that the staff was less than helpful in a speedy matter. I know with healthcare many are overworked and spread too thin and if this is the problem then this needs to be directed to the board of directors, because the staff that did their best to care for me in a timely and helpful manner will not get the recognition they deserve if this continues."
