Hi Judy, All you feelings are justified. But aren't we lucky that God has provided us with a tool to help us with our problem. I thank Him everyday. My date isn't until April 2003 but already my life has changed for the better. Start feeling more positive that you'll be on your way in no time. I see that you have no Angel. I would be honored if you would allow me to be your Angel. I know we live far away from each other, but we can keep in contact through email. Please let me know! Judy, My surgery date is Dec 11th, I don't think I have reached the point of being nervous yet. I think you just need to put your trust in God and the surgeons, I think they know what they are doing. Try to remember the reasons you are having this surgery...maybe make a list that you can look at when you are feeling unsure. You are your own person and you will do what is right for you!

I'll also be having surgery in early December. Main fear is that I'll back out, and miss out on regaining mobility, normalcy, and good health. Hugs, Diane
