Hi Lisa, I am so happy to hear that you made it to the "other" side. I know that the next few weeks might be rough but the rewards will certainly make it worthwhile. Think of all the things you will be able to do that you couldn't do before, about how much more energetic you will feel down the road. I had a lap done for endometriosis back in April and my best advice to you is to try to walk as much as possible because day one and two are the worst with the gas pain. Sometimes I thought that hurt worse than the incision. Walking helps dissapate the gas. Good luck and please keep me informed of your process. Liz

**Angel UPdate**I just called Lisa's room and spoke with her roommate "Diane". Neither of them know what bed they are in, and both are in some pain. There was no one in the room with them , So I relayed our love and prayers to Lisa, through Diane, who also had the surgery. I could hear Lisa in the background sounding very sweet, yet tired. Doing very well for her first day on the otherside. I told them both that we will be praying for them both and sent our love. I will call again tomorrow. Please post your comments and best wishes to Lisa's surgery page when you have the time. Thanks so much!

Lisa- I love BTC in Ypsilanti, and I hope you have a wonderful experience there too. Ok, so maybe the hospital stay doesn't qualify as wonderful, but the nursing staff will take very good care of you. Make sure to walk a lot, and use that morphine button. Best wishes on a routine, uneventful surgery, and a speedy comfortable recovery. (I'm 7 weeks post-op, and I feel fantastic!)
