Hi Raj, I read your post earlier today and you have been on my mind all day. Don't give up and keep your chin up. You may loose alot at one time. Have you talked to your doctor??? Has he said anything???? Let me know. You are in my prayers... I know it will not be long now you will post doing the happy dance. Hugs, Debbie

Hi Raj Sun, I know it must be frustrating to not lose all your weight by 10 months, but from what I heard it takes some people 18 months to get down to thier goal weight. Also if you started off as a lightweight the weight comes off slower. I'm considered a lightweight and I've only lost 15 pds. and it's been 5 weeks. But i look at it as 15 pds. that I would have never lost before. Hang in there. Write me if you ever need to talk. Blessings Geralyn

Hi there: Read your comment in the message section. I think your doing great. Im having difficulty too and sometimes it gets really discouraging but hang in there. After all your still beter off then befor your surgery. Ive only lost 22 lbs and its been almost 5 weeks. I didnt loose anything for three weeks (I had gained back the 7 I lost during surgery of fluids) and I didnt want to write to or talk to anyone but Im loosing inches and everyone else says they think Ive lost more. I cant see it but Im still 22 lbs off for good so Ill take it. May your days be brighter and happier and God Bless.

Raj, you sound dispirited. I am impressed by your weight loss, it is more than most average people loose in 3 months and that is what we are about, trying to find our way back to normal, not to the ridiculous be it rediculously fast or radiculously slowly. We wand our wls effort to be the one that along w/our due deligince will afford us I life time of good health. At Least that's what I want. Best Wishes. Joy Suggs
