Hi This is Rich Scales, Lisas Husband, I have emailed a few of you personally, but dont know all of you :-) Lisa had her surgery today, it went great, no complications, took around 95 minutes which was very good. She didnt need a drain, and the doctor was very pleased. Her blood pressure etc afterwards was very good, and aside from a very dry mouth and obviously being being very sleepy, (bless her) shes doing really well. Thanks for the support Rich

Hi Lisa. Hope you are feeling well soon. The first few days are the toughest (as far as pain)but it gets better quickly. I am formerly from Inverness but moved to Vermont 4 years ago. I do not regret surgery at all. Hope you are home to your son, husband, and cats soon. I have 4 cats and a son and husband too :) THey are ALL supportive and obviously so are yours. We are lucky! Life keeps gettin' better!

Wow, 2.5 hours earlier is pretty cool. I can't say I would enjoy the same thing seeing on how I have to be at the hospital for 6am. LOL I totally understand about the not being able to hold the baby. My daughter will be 2 in October and it will be hard not being able to hold her for a little while. She also loves to kick when she's playing with her daddy so I have to stay clear of both of them. Good luck and I wish you a speedy recovery. Shannon :)
