Well, it’s official! You’re on the losing side. The trumpets are blaring, the cymbals are crashing and the drums are drumming – all for YOU! I hope that all went well for you! You’ve been out of surgery now for a little over a month – YIPPIE!!! Your journey will have moments to “pause” – I’d like to impart some words of wisdom for when it does occur - remember these wise words whispered by Confucius – “It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop.” Be patient. You didn’t put it on over night, it won’t come off over night (DARN IT!)…Don’t forget to update your profile at least monthly and take lots of pictures…the transformations will make your jaw drop!!! RNY 10/31/03 – down 91 pounds!!! Good luck!

Now from this day forth you will love the way you look, never stop shopping, and will enjoy the nice compliments the people that come in contact with you give you. 221/165 nov. 18th surgery was done.

May God keep you close to his side as you travel down this new road. The journey will be an experience you will never forget. It will be filled with ups and downs. However, it will be the best thing you could ever do for yourself and your family. I know it was for me. Remember you can always turn to us, your AMOS family. We are here to cheer you on, pick you up when you fall and to celebrate any little victory. Keep us posted when you reach the "other" side. I pray for a speedy and easy recovery. Hi Lisa: Just wanted to let you know that I will be thinking of you in March my surgery was to be Jan. 13th but they had to move it to Jan. 20th I'm really ready to get this over and get on to the new me and I know you feel the same way I know you will be fine and that God will be taking care of us when we need him. Much love to you and I will be saying a prayer for you.
