Hi everyone! I just spoke with Kristie's Mom, she is doing very well. Kristie's family visited her lastnight, she was up and walking last night. Apparently there was a problem with the IV so it has been removed - no more pain pump! Yikes! Kristie has been up and walking twice today and is only complaining of a little bit of back pain. Bless her heart, she's doing so good!! She'll be going home tomorrow sometime. Hopefully I can speak with her on the phone over the weekend or Monday and get more of the scoop. Thank you all for being so supportive of Kristie's adventure to the losing side! I printed her card but only half of it came out, very strange ... she'll have to read all of these great messages when she gets home. Hugs and blessings to all of you,

It is 145 in the afternoon on December 5, 2002 and Kristie's Mom just called me. Kristie is doing well, she did have a rough time in recovery and having some discomfort on one side. She's got the good old pain pump which works quickly! Kristie should be up and walking around later in the day. Please post some messages to her and I'll print out the card and fax it to her Mom later this afternoon! Blessings and thanks to everyone!!

Hi EVERYONE!! GREAT NEWS from Kristie's Mom; she's doing wonderful. I'll check in later to let you all know how Kristie is progressing. Blessings, Lynnette Here is the email I received: The doctor phoned and told her she is doing great!! Her Doctor called, what a nice sweet person!! She said everything was a breeze she went into surgery at 7:15 and was out a few minutes before 9. She said she will be in recovery for about 2 hours and then I can see her.
