Kristie CONGRATULATIONS on your great wt loss. Hey, I see you and I had wls about the same time. My wls was on 12/6/02. You have loss more than I , I so far have loss 62lbs last I checked(about a week 1/2 ago. I'm just coming off a 6 week, PLATEAU I finally began to loss again. So I'm happy. Also I find that sugar doesn't bother me either, but I try not to eat nothing sweet, like candy etc. Also I find that I don't get to many cravings at all. I just love this journey. Continue doing what you are doing. Hugs

Kristie, I had surgery thursday as well, I came home Saturday and I am doing well too. I am so glad you are doing well and I wish you all the luck in the world during this healing process of your journey. Love and Hugs,Renee

Hi AMOS family! Well, more great news, Kristie says she is doing "really well", has "a little discomfort", she is "up and kicking", and feels better with her feet up, so not much time will be spent on the computer. Kristie has also lost 14 pounds already!! That's so exciting. Okay, last quote from her "Thank you again for being an awesome ANGEL.....You rock and when your time comes I am there for you" Gotta love her!! Thank you all again for being so supportive. DO NOT stop now, Kristie still needs us ... thanks

Hi everyone, Yes, another update ... are you sick of me yet? Oh well, get over it ... I'm just doing my Angel job. :o) I received an email from Deanna (Kristie's Mom) it looks like Kristie has done VERY well! She's resting and awaiting the big Raider/Charger game. I've offered a friendly little angel bet with her - her being in San Diego and me being born and raised in Oakland it only seemed appropriate. Anyway, she's kicking butt and on her way to a new life. Take care everyone ... and thanks to each of you who are kind enough to visit the page and send messages to Kristie.
