Hi, Karen: I have one of those pillows with arms, and I absolutely can NOT sleep with it. It doesn't recline quite enough. I intend to buy a wedge pillow for myself. Good Luck on your surgery! God Bless Moiasa

6/22/03 Wishing my new found buddy good luck on "our" big surgery day. Only 9 more days. Can't wait until we meet and then celebrate loosing together.
