hi ,i just wanted to see how you were doing , and to thank you for your prayers and on my congrats but i needed to say congrats to you ,you are doing great i had my surgery onjuly23rd ,2004 i was 348 i am now 225 or less scales not working 'lol'' but i am losing still i have maybe 50-75 more lbs to go to get to my goal ...i would like to know if you made your goal yet? i hope so i still have 3 months left to hit my 1 yr mark so i am really trying to lose the rest of my wtg. i can't wait but i do feel great i was a size 32-30 pants now i am 18 sooooo cool.........i just love it well god bless and have a great day if you have time e-mail me with up date ok and your boys are very handsome .....
