Hi Shelia, I don't know what your family situation is like but the reality is this should be your decision. I'm sure your sister is concerned. If she has never been on diet after diet and failed she will not know what your going through. Your profile doesn't list your comorbities, but if there like mine its between life and death. Make her know that you have the ultamite decision and you would hope she would supprt you in this. Good Luck.Hugs Natalie
