I wish you good luck on your upcoming surgery. I had mine last june and I am a new person. I feel wonderful and my health has improved so much. I know you will do well.

Best wishes on your upcoming surgery. I also had sleep apnea pre surgery. My dr said it was the worst case he had ever seen. I stopped breathing 800 times an hour. I got a cpap machine and used it for about 3 mos before surgery. I am 3 mos post op, have lost 133 lbs and no longer require my cpap. Please click on my name below and read my profile. Hi Bruce! Best wishes on your upcoming surgery! I used to work at St. Joseph's Hospital(excellent nursing care there!) where Dr. Newhoff does some of his surgerys I have taken care of his post-ops.....He is strict and he means it when he says get-up and walk! I know it is hard at first but it is so worth it and his patients mostly do great! If you comply he is most generous with the pain medication. So just remember it gets better and better with each passing day. What a blessing to have a new chance at life! My thoughts and prayers to you! Regards ^i^
