Dear Joelle, Thank you so much for your beautiful words or encouragement. Dr. Drew was great!!!!!! I had the surgery Monday, and it's Thursday, and I'm sitting in Ridgedale's Library, e-mailing everyone. This surgery is such a blessing, and you look FABULOUS GIRL! Hey girl! I just read your latest on the message and I just wanted to say congratulations.My wife (Michelle Luethold) had her surgery in Southern CA, on 8-22-01 and has lost 127, so far. It looks like you are doing great.

Guess your little problem with food is a good reminder for all of us to chew our food to mush & then give it a couple more chews before we swallow. Glad it went down. Just think, you might lose a couple of extra pounds since you're back on liquids. Thanks for all the caring posts to the message board.

Hi everyone!!! I just wanted to share a little something with you about Joelle. In case you weren't already aware of this, I just wanted to tell you all that Joelle is one of the most incredible people I have ever met. It's amazing how friendships can form between people, that you have yet to meet face to face. She is such a sweet and caring woman! She is always able to do something that makes me feel so good about myself. It's a good thing that her surgery was done LAP, because if the doctor had opened her up, he would have fainted when he saw that her heart is made of GOLD!!! I mean it!!! She has a HEART of GOLD!!! Dear Joelle, Thanks again for e-mailing me as quickly as you did with me being so new to the site! It means a great deal to me and is very encouraging, ESPECIALLY with you being only 3 days post-op! I'm glad to see you home safe and sound. Take it easy now. With me, I feel so good, that I'm afraid I may overdue it. (went shopping last night) I hope it was ok. I felt like getting out for fresh air and walking around. I went to the Albertville Outlet Mall.
