Hi Mark! Congrats on having your surgery! Let the weight loss begin!! I bet you feel relieved now. It's over and now you are on the other side and can join the ranks of the losers. Welcome, my friend!!! Happy RE-Birthday to you! From this day forward you life will change forever. Just try to take it easy and remember to sip, walk, deep breathe and cough. Take those pain pills and splint the tummy! These first few days are rough, but I assure you they get better with each passing day. Some days those emotions will resurface and try to get the best of you, but just remember what you’ve been through to get this far! I’m sure you’ll be proud of what you’ve accomplished!! You know you can always come here and get a dose of confidence and good will! We will still be here to support you and cheer you on as the pounds come off! I just wanted you to know that I was thinking about you today and that you are in my thoughts and prayers for an uncomplicated, swift recovery. You are an official loser!! Mark P - who and where are you? I live on Signal Mtn., TN as well. It is the day after your surgery and I hope things went wonderfully for you. Surgeon - Hospital? My surgeon is Dr. Rutledge & have done at East Ridge Hosp. This mtn is not that big. Would love to keep in touch with you. As I said, my surgery is 7/19. Please let me know how things are going for you. I am getting very scared / nervous and am now 7th guessing my decision. Please reassure me! Let me know that you are okay mtn man!!!

Mark, Here's wishing you a WL journey that is safe and smooth. I hope you will soon be on the losing side and happy with the results. I have been so blessed in my recovery and in my weight loss so far. Better still was getting rid of so many medications including all diabetic medications and that CPAP machine. Hope you do even better. Keep posting and let us know how you are. Peace.
