Hi Every one. Well I am 8 days post op and 10 lbs lighter!!!! I am so happy to be home . I wake up every day with a smile knowing that this is another day that I will be on the losing side. I can hardly believe it! I would like to thank all of you for your wonderfull prayers, and get well wishes. It was so uplifting especially those first few days. As far as my post op care goes.... I have been outside walking for the last five days,took my last pain meds two days ago, and I am looking forward to having some scrambled eggs thurs morning for breakfast! And that pretty much sums it up ! Thanks again to evryone for your kind thoughts! As you can tell I am a woman of few words so if you would like some details I woiuld be happy to chat with you just e-mail me. Until the next up-date, Christy

Hey Christy, I just wanted to say hello and let you know that I was thinking about you. I'm still out of town but I had to find a computer so I could check to see how everyone was doing. Good morning AMOS family. Christy's a Looser now! I spoke with her last night and she is doing wonderfully (of course... she is using that little magic button often). She said she was ready to walk around the hospital. Please send her your congrats. I plan on faxing her a copy of her surgery page later this afternoon. Thank you.
